Before joining When All Else Fails, Inc., Justin served as a Senior Care Specialist at CarePatrol and also ventured into entrepreneurship as a small business owner. Additionally, his background in education has equipped him with valuable skills in communication and problem-solving.

 

Justin's exceptional dedication to improving the lives of others and his outstanding contributions to the community have earned him two prestigious awards: the RASM Humanitarian of the Year Award and the Harold F Schmidt Humanitarian Award. These accolades reflect Justin's unwavering commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of those around him.

 

Justin's greatest passion lies in his community. He has actively served as the President of the Friends of the North Port Library and played pivotal roles as a former board member for the Sarasota County Health Centers (now CenterPlace Health), co-chair of the North Port Charter Review Advisory Board, and former chair of the Cranberry Elementary School Advisory Committee. Justin's involvement extends beyond these roles, as he is a member of various civic organizations such as SCAN, Homeless2Home, and Kiwanis.

 

Justin has made significant contributions to a number of charities, events, and organizations, including the North Port High School Alternate Graduation, Hijacked Halloween, and The Save the Legion lunch fundraiser. His commitment to community activism, coupled with his expertise as a Certified Dementia Practitioner and CPR Instructor Trainer, has allowed him to specialize in community outreach, forging connections and bridging gaps to empower individuals and enhance their quality of life.

 

When Justin and his wife Christine take a break from their professional and humanitarian endeavors, they find solace and joy on their farm. Surrounded by their five children, a yard full of animals, and their beloved French Bulldogs, they embrace the serenity of nature and nurture their furry friends.
